My former employer was struggling due to the economic recession, and therefore, I was downsized after 9 years of employment.

I had been feeling uneasy regarding the field in which I was working for the past 15 years and began to think about the next career.  In the process, I re-discovered my love for reading and writing, but never had the focus, time, or necessity to start out on my own.  After being fired, I felt it was time to put my energy into my own business.  The 1st phase of my publishing company is just for kids.  I hope to continually add titles and genres as time goes on.

Success means having peace and fullfilment in every area of life.  Success also means living life on purpose and making a difference in the lives of others, while being able to financially sustain my own family.
