I am a lawyer and chartered [public] accountant – I worked for years as a senior manager in big business (in both Canada and Australia) with companies like Price Waterhouse Coopers, Max Factor and Covergirl, Village Cinemas Australia and Coles Group Ltd. etc.   In my last position as Senior Commercial Manager with Coles Group Ltd (162,000 employees nationwide – Coles grocery, Shell Service stations, Kmart, Target and Officeworks in Australia) we were taken over by a large DIY retailer (Bunnings Warehouse) and many senior managers were made redundant. 

I accepted a package and used it to retain myself, write a book and start my own business.  I retrained as a clinical hypnotherapist, Master of NLP, psychotherapist and Thought Field Therapist.  I now help business owners and senior managers to deal with stress, anxiety, depression, addictions etc.

Impetus Behind This Major Shift in My Career:

My mother was murdered in Canada many years ago and I testified against the 4 youths who were involved (one of them was my only sibling, my brother).  After battling with depression, insomnia, weight loss and anxiety for many years, I discovered my own techniques to heal myself and am passionate to share these with others.  I feel there are viable and highly effective alternatives to the need for drugs or therapy.

I can provide the science behind how the mind works to influence everything that we experience physically AND I can also share my authentic experience/journey out of the darkest period of my life.  I am an author, speaker and executive mentor.  My book (On The Shoulders of Giants) has been given glowing reviews by several top authors in Australia and America.  I am due to release my second book – a book on business coaching – in several months.

Due to my unique experience I feel passionate about helping others to overcome the various challenges they are facing in their own lives.  In addition to dealing with personal issues, I am passionate about helping business owners and managers to become better leaders and to increase profitability and innovation.
