Why You Left Your Last Job:   I was laid off from Sun Microsystems where I had been a product manager for close to six years. 

How You Started Your Business:   I have always been a huge procrastinator and can never seem to schedule a hair appointment without having to call around to a number of salons in order to get a same-day appointment.  I have developed a web site that will make it easier for users to book appointments and will serve as a catalyst for introducing new customers to businesses that utilize the website.

What Does Success Mean To You:  There are varying degrees of success.  Of course many entrepreneurs dream of attaining the level of success whereby they sell their business to Google for $200M (or their industry's Google equivalent).  And sure, that would be fabulous.  But if I can make a decent living providing a really cool useful service and maintain a good family work balance, then that would be a great success story for me.
